4 Morning Techniques To Lose Weight

Who has not already experienced those famous frantic mornings, during which we have to do everything in a hurry, and where we leave our home without having had our breakfast? Obviously, this is not good for our organism.

If you haven’t already, try setting your alarm clock an hour earlier tomorrow, and then putting into practice the tips we’ll cover in the rest of this article. It is worth a try, you will see that you will lose weight little by little!

2. The first natural drink to give to our bodylosing weight

Very good. You managed to get up an hour earlier. What to do now to lose weight? Prepare yourself a natural drink, which helps to purify your body, and to accelerate your metabolism as much as possible. Here we give you some examples:

    • Lukewarm lemon water. All you need is lemon juice and a glass of water. It is preferable that it is neither too cold nor too hot, so that our body assimilates it better and benefits from its multiple benefits.
    • Ginger infusion. Are you a fanatic of medicinal plants? Among your favorites, must therefore be ginger. It is indeed ideal for losing weight, for reducing inflammation and purifying, or for relieving the headaches that we sometimes have when getting up.
    • Cayenne pepper, green tea and honey infusion. We have told you about this brew over and over again. The mixture of cayenne pepper and green tea acts as an excellent accelerator for the body thanks to which you will lose weight little by little. It will enchant you.
    • Blue oolong tea. It is the fashionable tea for weight loss. You can find it in natural stores easily, and if it is not very economical, it is however very rich in antioxidants and it will therefore help to refine our figure.
    • Pineapple and aloe vera juice. It’s a great mix to start the day. Thanks to it, you will succeed in eliminating toxins and cleaning your body. An ideal recipe for the mornings, and which will do you good.

3. A little exercise in the morninglosing weight

Great: So you got up early and took that first cleansing drink to start the day. It is only a first snack that, later, you will supplement with an adequate breakfast. But for now, get your body moving. So here we give you several options: 

  • Go out for a 10-minute run. If you have the opportunity to go for a run, don’t hesitate to do so. It’s just 10 minutes each morning that you can use as an excuse to go get bread, take the dog for a walk, or hang out with a friend who does the same.
  • Walk 20 minutes. If you can’t run, you can still walk briskly for 20 minutes. You will see that it will do you good.
  • Home exercises. You may find it more convenient to do some curls or stretches to strengthen, for example, your legs and buttocks. It is only a question of psychological preparation. If you get into the habit of doing it every day, little by little it will get easier.

After these exercises are finished, take a good shower to relax.

4. An adequate breakfast losing weight

It’s breakfast time. You have to eat a full, balanced and varied breakfast correctly. Be aware that people who skip breakfast slow down their metabolism. This indeed causes a lack of energy and possibilities of movement, and thus the accumulation of fat.

So, let it be clear: BREAKFAST is very important in a diet where we want to lose weight. First, the cleansing drink, the exercises and finally the shower. We must now eat quietly. But what are the breakfast options we have?

So we are going to give you 5, where nothing is missing: fibers, vitamins and proteins to strengthen muscles.

  • A bowl of oats with a chopped green apple and nuts. A hard-boiled egg cut in half with a few drops of olive oil.
  • A wholemeal bread sandwich, with a little avocado and turkey breast. A squeezed orange juice.
  • A cup of coffee with an oat drink, a garlic omelet and a pear juice.
  • Greek yogurt with nuts and plum pieces. A toast of wholemeal bread with olive oil and chopped garlic on top. A coffee or a juice of blueberries or pomegranate.
  • A cup of fruit: 8 grapes, 4 strawberries and 1 plum. A small wholemeal bread sandwich with a hard-boiled egg and two cherry tomatoes.
