Your heels can have cracks for a number of reasons. Either for health concerns or because you constantly wear open shoes, such as sandals.

Bee honeyCracks

Pour a cup of bee honey into a container filled with lukewarm water and mix well. Then soak your feet in this liquid for half an hour. After taking them out of the water, rub your cracked heels with a pumice stone and dry them afterwards. You will see how plantar hyperkeratosis decreases.

Cocoa butter

With cocoa butter, you can make an excellent moisturizer for your heels. Every night before bed, apply a small amount of cocoa butter to your feet. They will be better hydrated and your skin will be more supple.

Castor oilCracks

Castor oil is also a product with numerous softening and moisturizing properties. Put a good quantity of this oil on a piece of cotton and apply it to the places where the skin has particularly hardened.

You will have the pleasure of gradually feeling your heels become smoother. But heed this warning: If your skin is damaged, do not apply this oil. As if you are pregnant, you should not use this oil.

PapayaCracks

Papaya is one of the best natural exfoliating products for the skin. Take a piece of papaya and mash it. Then apply it on your heels for 15 minutes, and this three times a day.

You can use it even if you have a few wounds because it has the property of quickly repairing skin tissue.

Ripe bananasCracks

With the banana, you must proceed as with the papaya. Take a ripe banana and mash it. Then apply it on your heels and leave on for 10 minutes; then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Do this once a day, preferably in the evening.

Glycerin

The combination of glycerin and rose water is very effective in softening the skin. Glycerin is, by its nature, one of the best moisturizers out there.  Rose water is used to soften dry skin. So mix the two substances and apply this product by massaging. Leave it on for 15 minutes, then remove it with cold water.

Avocado and banana

We also advise you to try it with a natural avocado and banana cream. For this, you need half an avocado and a small banana. Crush these two ingredients to give them the consistency of a cream and mix them perfectly.

Apply this natural cream on your heels and massage lightly. Do this four times a week, and depending on your skin condition, until you are satisfied with the results.

Pumice stoneCracks

And now here’s one thing you should never fail to heal your feet. A pumice stone after a good foot bath. Soak your feet for 20 minutes in lukewarm water.

Then rub them delicately with the pumice stone to get rid of the dead cells. Then rinse your feet well, pat them dry and apply moisturizer to them. You can do this every night.
